1. Using UPHERE as an example, describe an aspect of your work or something you have worked on, where you have found a symbiotic relationship that is both complexity and simplicity
An example of one of my works/art projects that uses complexity and simplicity, is when I re-trace art work in illustrator. I’ll create the image and make it all vector by using the pen tool which the pen tool is so simple but it makes the art work complex because I have to draw every single shade, highlight and put all the colours in.
2. Provide a conceptual example of a situation that has arisen during this project where you have had a return on failure?
One example of return of failure is when we were deciding the name of the exhibition. It went from “BLOX”, “BLOSSOM” then to “UPHERE”. This process had many returns of failure because we couldn’t make everyone happy and then we couldn’t make our minds up.
3. Homework: How are you using the laws in relation to your contribution to The UPHERE exhibition? Provide a short explanation and example for TWO of the laws so far. Use your work towards and your examples.
Law 2 – Organize, Law 7 - Emotions
In order to execute the exhibition by the due date, everyone has to communicate and cooperate to organize timelines to get the exhibition done. Everyone’s opinions count, which is there emotions going towards the production of organizing and making the exhibition.

R003 - This is what we will look like if we don't communicate, everything will fall apart and we will all be headless chickens running around and screaming. If you need help express your emotions and ask :)
